SPECCO ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. offers environmental consulting to government and private enterprises. SPECCO provides advice, planning, programming, and supervision to our customers on all environmental issues. Also Specco is in current compliance with the constantly varying environmental laws and regulations. From the environmental requirements necessary for the project planning phase (EA, EIA, Archeological, Flora & Fauna, wetland (delineation etc.), extraction permit to the construction and operational phase permits (CES, DS- 3, PFE, SWPP, SPCC, etc.). To our customers we also offer them periodical inspection services to keep their permits & documents in compliance with CES, SPCC, SWPP, etc. plans.
Our staff is composed of experienced environmental technicians who collaborate directly with concerned federal and commonwealth agencies for the expeditious processing and approval of permits and related documents. Aiding the client to initiate and “on- line” their projects sooner.

In addition, SPECCO is now the exclusive distributor of Cultec Stormwater chambers. This chambers substitute the open retention ponds by creating the same storage capacity underground. This allow the developer to reclaim terrain that other wise will be use to create and open pond.
