U.S. regulators found
manufacturing problems at an Olay LLC plant operated by Procter
& Gamble Co in Puerto Rico, a letter released on Tuesday
said. Procter & Gamble Co. is working with federal regulators to resolve operating issues at one of its plants in Puerto Rico.
