Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) officials and Puerto Rico Governor’s Authorized Representative (GAR) staff will hold an Applicants’ Briefing meeting related to FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grants Program (HMGP) for the 10 designated municipalities, state agencies and some private non-profit organizations. The meeting will be held on Friday, August 13, 2010, at 10:00 am, at the Puerto Rico State Emergency Management Agency facilities.
